TERM:
The DesertGiveaway.com Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on February 10, 2012. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Custom Marketing Group, Royal Palms Resort and Spa, Rainbow Ryders Hot Air Balloon Co and Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters (sometimes hereinafter singularly referred to as the "Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY:
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents Canada, having reached the legal age of majority in their province of residence as of date of entry. Employees of the Sponsor; any promotional companies or advertising agencies participating in the Sweepstakes and employees of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates; any persons involved in the creation, development, or implementation of this Sweepstakes; and any other persons or entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes and any members of their immediate families or households ("Sweepstakes Parties") are ineligible to participate. Entries for the Sweepstakes drawing must be received prior to the expiration of the "Sweepstakes Entry Period" as defined above. This Sweepstakes is void inside the 50 United States and D.C. and wherever prohibited by law, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. By submitting an entry form, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations that govern sweepstakes.

Grand Prize Includes:
Two tickets to Phoenix compliments of Air Canada. Tickets to be used from any city in Canada serviced by Air Canada to Phoenix, Arizona. Plus a four-night stay for two guests in one room at the luxurious Royal Palms Resort & Spa, a hot air balloon ride for two from the Rainbow Ryders Hot Air Balloon Co and Platinum Grand Canyon & Sedona Tour with helicopter tour from Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – AIR CANADA
Air Canada Rules & Regulations: Air Canada flight reservations must be booked on aircanada.com using the promotional code provided, no later than September 20, 2012 to be valid, travel must be completed between February 22 and September 30, 2012. Tickets are valid on-board Air Canada and Air Canada Express scheduled flights only. This prize is not valid on Air Canada’s alliance partners & Star Alliance members, code shared flights, charter flights, Central Mountain Air, Calm Air, and Air Georgian. The prize does not include fees, taxes and surcharges.

Transportation is subject to availability at time of reservation.
Please note that once the tickets have been issued:

Origin and destination cannot be changed
Any changes to flight time, date of travel will be subject to a change fee
Tickets are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash;
Upgrades are not permitted under any circumstances.

Transportation is subject to restricted travel periods.
Blackout dates for travel will apply: April 5, 2012 - April 10, 2012
Frequent Flyer mileage accumulation is not permitted.
Promotional pass recipients may be held liable to Air Canada for failure to adhere to the restrictions and conditions of travel applicable to their tickets or for the fraudulent use of those tickets.
Winners must cover fuel, insurance, NAV CANADA surcharges, taxes, fees and other applicable charges all with a credit card by winner at time of booking.
The prize winner and their travelling companion(s) are responsible for:

Any and all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable local air departure taxes, ground transportation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, inflight meals and entertainment (if applicable);
Obtaining sufficient personal travel insurance prior to departure, if desired;
Obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documentation, such as passports and visas and complying with customs immigrations regulations.

Prizes cannot be sold, converted into cash, are non-transferable and will not be refunded if unused. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions, changes or extensions are permitted.
The use of upgrade certificates or credits is not permitted for flights.

Royal Palms Resort & Spa Rules & Regulations: Prize includes four-nights at the luxurious Royals Palms Resort & Spa. Prize must be redeemed by September 30, 2012 and cannot be extended. Taxes, gratuities and any additional fees incurred during stay are not included in the prize. Holidays are excluded and blackout dates may apply.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – RAINBOW RYDERS HOT AIR BALLOON CO
Rainbow Ryders Hot Air Balloon Co Rules & Regulations: Prize includes a hot air balloon ride for two from Raibow Ryders Hot Air Balloon Co. Reservations are required and subject to availability. Prize is not valid September 25 – October 25 and pregnant women are prohibited from participating. Guests riding the hot air balloon must be at least 5 years of age. Prize expires December 31, 2012. No cash value. No substitutions. The winner assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or prize-related activities, or by the use or misuse of the Prize.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – PAPILLON GRAND CANYON HELICOPTERS
Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters Rules & Regulations: Prize includes ”Platinum Grand Canyon & Sedona Tour with Helicopter” departing from the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe area. Guests will take motor coach through Sedona to the Grand Canyon where they will embard on a 30-minute helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon National Park. The return to the Phoenix metro area also includes portions of the Navajo Nation, Painted Desert, and a stop at a Navajo Trading Post. The tour may be taken anytime within 2012 is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Winner must call the Reservations department at least 72 hours prior to the requested flight time. No cash value. No substitutions available. The winner assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or prize-related activities, or by the use or misuse of the Prize.

ENTER:
You may enter the Sweepstakes by accessing the entry screen at www.desertgiveaway.com and completing the on-screen entry form, and transmitting the information by February 10, 2012. Your full name, address, city, province, postal code, country, email address and age are required for entry. Limit one entry per person/email address. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online carrier apply. An entry made via the Internet will be deemed to have been made by the "authorized account holder" of the email address utilized at the time the entry is made, provided such person meets the eligibility requirements of these rules. For purposes herein, the "authorized account holder" refers to the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. If an entrant is determined to have sent more than one entry, that entrant will be disqualified. All entries will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for transmission and/or computer error. Sponsor is further not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of the entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes and in such case to randomly award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such suspension or cancellation.

RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS OF WINNING/WINNERS:
The potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about February 15, 2012. Canadian prize awards subject to skill test requirement. The winner will be notified via phone, email, and/or Federal Express on or before February 22, 2012, using the contact information provided on the winner's entry form. Each entrant is responsible for the accuracy of the information included in his/her entry. The prize drawing will be conducted by Custom Marketing Group. The prize drawing shall be final and conclusive. The odds of winning the Prize will be determined by the actual number of eligible entries received. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility within ten (10) days of first written notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. If the prize is won by a minor (under 21 years of age), it will be awarded in the minor’s behalf to his/her parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documents and accompany minor on trip. If prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. The name of the winner of the Sweepstakes will be available after March 16, 2012. CAUTION:
Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine legitimate operation of a sweepstakes may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from and/or to prosecute any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any such tampering also will result in ineligibility to win the Prize in the Sweepstakes.

CONDITIONS:
The Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the officers, directors and employees of each of the foregoing, are not in any way liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from or in connection with the acceptance, possession and use of the Prize, or participation in this promotion or in any prize-related activities, including but not limited to travel related thereto. The winner assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or prize-related activities, or by the use or misuse of the Prize.

No prize substitution allowed except as provided herein. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize winner is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the payment of all applicable income taxes on the prize. By entering the sweepstakes and checking in the opt-in boxes, the entrant grants the Sponsor permission to use his or her name for promotional purposes in commerce and in all media worldwide without limitation or any additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants and the winners agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity, inequity or error in the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes, and/or of the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sweepstakes judges, which in all respects shall be final and binding.
